Abstract

Based on the fact that human mobility is not a new phenomenon in the history, the author of this interesting essay puts us against an analysis of this phenomenon in the Central American region. Both migration within the region, and which occur outside of it are considered here by their influence in the economic reality and especially in the reality of work. Based on an analysis of international treaties and the realities existing institutional realities, the article prefers some considerations and suggestions that they can form the basis for a regional policy that takes into account the diversity of actors.
