Abstract

This academic essay proposes an analysis and consequently a comparison between the concept of contemporary slavery carried out by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in the ruling of the case Hacienda Brasil Verde Vs Brasil and the definition elaborated by Byung-Chul Han through his various works, how to be, psychopolitics; the society of fatigue and the agony of Eros.
