Abstract

Higher education means that teaching practices are agents of change, where teaching with high pedagogical standards is guaranteed, which meets the needs of today’s society, such as the manage-ment of new methodological strategies and the incorporation of ICTs. In this sense, it is essential to analyze the role of teachers in the teaching-learning process, not forgetting that their work is decisive in it. That is why we consider it necessary to investigate the good practices implemented by the teachers of the History Department in Ciudad Universitaria and their impact on the teaching of the subject History of Honduras.
