Abstract

The magazine Universidad y Ciencia presents in this issue a contribution to the livestock sector with the proposal of the effect on the production and quality of milk by using guácimo and guanacaste flour. Two health articles can also be read, which carry out case studies, one referring to the risks of evisceration in patients undergoing laparotomy and the second on ocular toxoplasmosis.
