Abstract

If you put a regulation on the market, do you free them?  The market is still free. (UNO, Vice-President of the Autonomous Regional Council and member of the Price Regulatory Commission) our president has announced that we have free trade. Any person can start a business and do whatever he wants (...) in the United States or Europe there is free trade, but also prices are regulated. When we say free, this does not mean that you can sell things at the price you want. When you say, ''I can sell this glass for 100 dollars’’, ¡this is not possible! (UNO, Assistant to the Executive of the Regional Government and member of the Price Regulatory Commission).
