Abstract

Writing for publication is considered an inherent requirement within scientific communities for researchers engaging in the complex process of disseminating knowledge. This article results from a literature review integrating theoretical and conceptual perspectives, coupled with the authors' experience in scientific publishing. It presents an approach to academic writing to disseminate evidence and research findings effectively, highlighting the opportunities and challenges faced by scholars and specialists in organizing, structuring, and presenting discoveries to a disciplinary community increasingly demanding communicability and theoretical, methodological, and strategic possibilities for advancing scientific knowledge and addressing social issues. The article concludes that public research writing, as a technological and epistemic tool, should be an integral part of researchers' daily work, fostering their commitment to scientific progress and the visibility of relevant content that reduces inequalities stemming from limited access to information, thus enhancing overall quality of life, well-being, and dignified human development.
