The investments in seed capital of the incubators in El Salvador in a specific horizon, is a topic little studied in developing economies.
The same happens with the relationship between these investments and the increase in entrepreneurial projects, which have been managed by them.
Traditionally, the topic of entrepreneurship in El Salvador has been in the focus of various international and national funds, forming a database of some of the most common funds of ventures in El Salvador.
In recent years, the increase in projects is hypothesized that it may be due to the annual increase of funds in projects of ventures and, therefore, disincentives for entrepreneurship at the country level if some incubators that are currently operating are left without funds.
The exploratory and descriptive study used econometric regressions.
This document proposes a function of investment in enterprises, which models the growing behavior of projects in seed capital funds.
In addition, an attempt is made to propose an equation model of the incubators of the sample based on the capital invested in the temporal horizon, called: Equation of investment in enterprises, which can contribute to the understanding of the creation of new companies and investment in seed capital over time.
It is also presented a discussion on investments in the future of entrepreneurship, which can contribute to the understanding of the creation of new companies and investment in seed capital over time.
