Abstract

It was investigated how employers are performing the task of integrating the human talent into companies, in order to cover the positions with the suitable personnel; inserting them into the production plant, marketing, financial, computing or any other area, that is required to keep these
positions occupied.
The recruitment routes currently applied in the institutions are described, in addition to the essential elements applied in the selection from the analysis of the curriculum vitae, interviews, tests and researches carried out to the professionals are being inserted into the labor market, where they will apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the university major; and with it, they will generate economic income.
It also presents the acceptance of interns within the companies, the university majors and the access routes that are used by those in charge of choosing personnel.
