The research was carried out using the instrument of the questionnaire, which was completed by the buyers of the different craft shops located in the main streets of the city of Ilobasco, department of Cabañas; during different periods of time: days of national holidays, weekends and weekdays.
Also, it was conducted an interview with shop owners and artisans who made different types of crafts.
In general terms, it was found that, for the most part, almost all buyers who attend the city of Ilobasco do so in order to find an object for decoration, specifically for their own use, for home, business or for resale.
This result in the behavior of the consumer varies greatly and, even, is willing to pay for the objects the necessary amount, according to the use they would give to them.
