Abstract

The knowledge of the reality of the South, in its expression ‹‹colonial››, independence or epistemological justice, is the referent of the dynamics of the sociology of emergencies (Boaventura De Sousa) and liberating pedagogy (Paulo Freire) that, in their essences, they intend to promote a new knowledge, configured from Latin American thinking, from the eyes of those countries that have been victims of colonialism and capitalism, a process focused on understanding of the world beyond western understanding (Boaventura De Sousa).
