This paper intends to present an advance on obtaining a biosynthesis product from a Paramecium caudatum culture, its crystallographic characterization and its physical characterization.
This work refers to the sample collection procedure, transport, culture, identification of cell diversity including individuals of the Paramecium genus, their diet with Sacharomyces cerevisiae, the daily count of the culture, their exposure to cryotherapy, obtaining of the Crystalloid substance, its crystallographic characterization, its physical characterization, and its chemical characterization. With which process it is intended to establish the method of obtaining a substance that, due to its effects, could be developed as a possible drug, given its anabolic properties in plants and animals; which will serve as research material in future biological tests.
The importance of the cultivation of Paramecium caudatum, was presented at the ancestor congress of research and innovation, where the usefulness of the cultivation technique of Paramecium caudatum was exposed using as food Sacharomyces cerevisiae. Mentioning that such cultivation could be used to feed the fry in aquariums. On this occasion, the importance of the cultivation of Paramecium caudatum is highlighted as a source of obtaining an active ingredient obtained by biosynthesis by subjecting said culture to a cooling process.
