The research tries to exposed the implementation of ICT as a Pedagogical Tool in the Second Cycle of FROSEP during 2022. The study employed a non-experimental design, and the research type was applied with a qualitative-quantitative approach. The population included 83 individuals to whom an 18-item polychotomous questionnaire was applied, along with the observation of the teaching-learning process. Three indicators were measured: Teacher competencies in the use of ICT, Strategies for the pedagogical use of ICT, and Digital Resources.
Teachers have skills for the use of new technologies, but it does not reach a level where one can speak of mastery. They use various strategies with the use of ICT, but it still does not reach the level of pedagogical use; rather, it is instrumental use for projecting and distributing information, etc., and not as a means to promote meaningful learning. Additionally, the number of didactic resources in the investigated institutions was insufficient, but it can be highlighted that efforts are being made for their management.
