Abstract

This essay contains a proposal of how address and categorize the neglect according to the circumstances and the facts that they motivate and can contribute positively to a reinterpretation of the figure of job abandonment in ourcountry, in such a way that invites the doctrinaire and labor authorities to rule according to the specific case and not to require the exhaustion of administrative remedies in all manifestations of abandonment. The absolute abandonment must prevail a presumption that assumes this type of behavior, as a waiver of the work that can be resolved with a simple procedure inter part.
