Abstract

This comparative law work aims to study the action of trademark claim in relation to the provisions of the Paris Convention, the laws of Argentina, Spain and Nicaragua brands. In this sense the author of the work highlights the different legal treatments that this figure held in Spanish, Argentine and Nicaraguan legislation with respect to the Paris Convention
