Plan of Action for the Decade for People of African Descent in the Americas (2016-2025)

The General Assembly is the supreme organ of the Organization of American States and is composed of the delegations of all Member States, who have the right to be represented and to cast their votes. The definition of the mechanisms, policies, actions and mandates of the Organization originates in the General Assembly.
