Abstract

The Polytechnic University of Nicaragua proudly presents the eleventh issue of the Legal and Political Notebook under the responsibility of the School of Legal and Political Sciences and its Central American Institute of Legal and Political Studies (ICEJP). (ICEJP) The publication of eleven issues of this notebook is a sign that it was born to stay.
