Case of Isaza Uribe et al. v. Colombia (Merits, Reparations and Costs)

It is an autonomous judicial body of the Organization of American States (OAS), which is based in San José, Costa Rica. Its purpose is to apply and interpret the American Convention on Human Rights and other human rights treaties to which the so-called Inter-American Human Rights System is subject.
