Abstract

This essay presents the results of the monographic research for the Degree of Bachelor in Law called "Proposal for the regulation of the cannabis plant in Nicaragua, as an alternative in the fight against drug trafficking and organized crime", which defended the Law Graduates: Elvin Francisco Rodríguez Fabilena and Jimmy Xavier Chang Antón before the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua, Leon (UNAN-León) on June 2015.
