Abstract

The future of the work we want to closely dependent on the rules that discipline it and regulate it. We are at a moment in which is changing the way of producing these rules, in which pathological elements that can negatively influence the resulting end of the regulation of the work are introduced. This contribution sets out some of these pathologies and their symptoms, then enumerating the treatments that might reverse these trends at different levels or areas in which they charged body, bearing in mind that the financial globalization cannot ignore the recognition of democracy, solidarity and the fundamental rights, and which must be an effort to "empower" international labour standards at the same time that regulates the global space starting from the collective bargaining, and put a special emphasis on the problems of collective bargaining considered typical method of regulation of relations of work which should be strengthened.
