The principle of the best interest of the girl, boy and teenager living with her mother in prison

The present article takes as a purpose, to analyze the beginning of the best interest of the girl and child who lives with her mother in prison and, the applicability of substitute measurements to the penalty of prison taking as base, the doctrine of integral protection and the beginning of penal unimportance. There will be realized a succinct review of the international instruments and the jurisprudential criterion of the Constitutional Room of El Salvador, to conclude in the need to realize. To conclude about the need for policy changes in the light of the rights of children as an absolute priority.
