Abstract

This article is in order to analyze the progress on enforceability of social, cultural and environmental economic rights that has done the Inter-American Court by mean of the address the last sentence about this issue. For it we can observed the development of each of the rights addressed, its interdependent relation and its approach from the protection of the original peoples. At the same time, the main contributions with regard to the existing jurisprudence and the challenges that derive from the implementation of the given judgment the complex interaction between different groups in vulnerability situation, will be analyzed
