Abstract

This document will provide an analysis of the Latin American context in of national identity construction, territorial conflicts/disputes and conflicts that generate violence, both in terms of wars and violence organized within the states. The TRANSCEND method will be presented and its historical precedent in the region and its possibilities of implementation will be analyzed in order to establish a new pacific transformation paradigm of the Latin America conflicts.
