Abstract

The article has as its starting point, the delicate problem of the arbitrary dismissal in Latin America inside the pandemic stage of the infectious illness COVID-19, caused for coronavirus. In the same way, there is known the constitutional protection of the right to employment and the quantity of agreements of the International organization of the Work ratified in different countries, by means of statistical graphics. Consistently, the main objective is to establish recommendations to employers to lessen this labor catastrophe. Finally, the result is the indispensable collaboration join together of workers, employers and the State, in order to fighting against this fatality.
