Abstract

The article has as its starting point the violation of the human rights of those persons with preventive detention who are inside the prisons in inhumane conditions, the spread of Covid – 19 causes an imminent contagion and death in Latin America. In the same way, by mean of the graphs it is demonstrated what we say. In this way, it is important to analyze the jurisprudence of the IDH Court on these issues. In particular, we will know the problematic from the Peruvian real vision. Finally, it is consider as the main objective to discover an alternative measures to reduce the conflict, being house arrest the most relevant.
