Abstract

This article is a theoretical reflection on the guidelines that have led to political thinking concerning relations between state and society, its influence on the feminist controversy over the inequalities generated by the dichotomy between spaces of public participation and the domestic or private sphere, the barriers offered by the hyper conceptualization of ways of social participation in the organization of relations; and the leadership of law as just as a proof of patriarchal power and the androcentric conduct of societies, including those in Latin America.
