Abstract

The case of «Lhaka Honhat vs. Argentina» has involved a breakthrough in the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, considering that the rights to a healthy environment, water, food and cultural identity of the native peoples who are victims in the process, were autonomously violated, related to article 26 of the American Convention of Human Rights.
