Abstract

The constant change seems to be the common denominator of the global civilization that we have to live, therefore, countries that consider their internal reality as immovable are unable to assimilate changes, for this, the changes are something irrational, increasingly, People consider change not as something that enriches their freedom and dignity, but as a force that promotes greed and injustice. By concentrating so much wealth - the phenomenon known as Globalization and that we like to call "Globalization" - produces more threats than opportunities. The difficulties in transferring knowledge and new technologies from the center to the periphery, for example, broaden economic inequalities and subject some countries to new forms of colonialism.Aware of the phenomenon, many believe and in fact believe that a new ruling class manipulates globalization for its own benefit.
