The present study aims to analyze the psychometric properties of the Job Stress Scale in a sample of Salvadoran workers during COVID-19. The study is an instrumental study with a cross-sectional design. A non-probabilistic snowball sampling was applied, evaluating 380 Salvadoran workers from different professions and trades. The gender distribution is divided into 182 women (47.9%), 197 men (51.8%), and one non-binary person (0.3%). The overall mean age was 30.70 years with a standard deviation of 9.02. The data collection technique was a digital survey using Google Forms. The results showed that the instrument has adequate psychometric properties of construct and criterion validity in the Salvadoran context. In addition, the instrument has acceptable reliability coefficients.
