A documented and communicative analysis of exploratory and descriptive nature on the inclusion of gender perspective, particularly on equal opportunities, in the documentation of a university and the syllabus of two majors in the engineering schools is hereby introduced. The results of the study reveal that lectures on opportunities equality are carried out by means of verbal engaging promises and adhere to national norms. Nevertheless, these are not completely included in the study programs. Among one hundred plus programs studied which conform the curricula of both majors, less than 5% deal with this issue, therefore, the wide gap between what is said and what is done related to opportunities equality is manifested in this first conclave.
