Abstract

In this epoch of inequalities in which we live, one of the most relevant is gender. The importance of its inclusion in the different educational levels, specifcally in university careers, has been the object of numerous studies within and outside this country. Our purpose in this investigation is to establish a comparative analysis of the introductory process in the majors: Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and Psychology and Sociology as per the study programs D and E at the La Habana University (HU) by means of documental analysis and experts’ interviews.
