Abstract

San Esteban Catarina is a municipality in the paracentral department of San Vicente, in El Salvador, with a very strong force market by art, culture, crafts and many identity elements, whose peculiarity is unique in that one department. The previous elements make very characteristic in the zone, where in addition Chichontepec volcano raises majestic, in whose skirts the Jiboa valley moves harmoniously, creating a panoramic and spectacular from this municipality. Nature and culture view fusion is achieved complete harmony subject, that it approached the indispensable thing to obtain strategically for a local development through tourism in this municipality. The technical proposals, come from to those findings and the main positions of the tourist tendencies; This a strategy of four programs emerge the proposal is four as divided in programs a way to group actions, which could denominate projects.
