The socio-economic progress of a country is best achieved if the virtuous circle is created where economic growth generates resources for social progress and this results in people better prepared to contribute to greater economic growth. This is why it is so important that the economy grows, because companies and families earn, consume and invest, all of which increases tax collection, to invest mainly in quality education and health, this is in human capital. From the economic point of view, growth is achieved to the extent that; (i) there is greater consumption, where the private (consumers) is key; (ii) there are high levels of private and public investment; (iii) and there is a strategy that stimulates the expansion of exports, that is, to receive greater income from abroad.
