Abstract

This document is the product of a research on competitiveness strategies that focuses on the quality of customer service, applied to the manufacturing sector in Mexico and taking the Porcelanas Ánfora company in the State of Hidalgo as a case study.The results obtained in the surveys and questionnaires applied to the main customers and staff of Porcelanas Ánfora, a company used as a reference for this work, confirm the hypothesis and prove that manufacturing companies can be more competitive if they improve the quality of customer service.
