Abstract

From the proposal of the hard-hand plan and the Anti-Gang Law, the phenomenon of gangs called "maras" has gained importance in El Salvador. In this article we intend to reflect on young people belonging to the gangs, analyze possible causes and needs of youth in the adolescence stage, in addition to the presentation of the Antimara Law and comments from young people about the new law.
