Labor competencies of deportees

The core of this research work is dedicated to exploring what type of work performed the people deported before emigrating and the jobs in which they worked once located in the United States of America (USA).
Make a comparison and detect what are the labor competencies acquired in that country.
Thus it was observed that the majority of emigrants were predominantly engaged in agriculture, construction and study; On the other hand, the jobs carried out in the US, most of them were dedicated to construction, services in the area of restaurants (waiters, cooks) and employees of various areas, but in general nothing related to what they were engaged in. The Savior.
The majority responded that they considered themselves better qualified in the jobs they performed in that country. A fairly high percentage learned English.
These deported persons could be integrated to work in the country based on the labor competences acquired. You would not have to invest in their training and they would also contribute to the transfer of quality standards that are practiced in that country.
