The general objective of the study is to evaluate the perception of linguistic competitiveness in the English language of deportees without criminal records of the United States, in thirteen departmental capitals, during the month of November 2008.
This is based on six levels of learning of the Common European Framework for Languages, and is being adopted by educational institutions worldwide to assess the development of learners of any language; in this case, the English language.
The evaluative study is hypothetical deductive. The type of study is association, and multivariate techniques are used. The perception of linguistic competitivities in the English language is "quite representative" with a coefficient of variability of 18.81%. The results are favorable.
