Being in favor or against the law does not have much inference in us, because we are the governing institution or responsible for promoting the guarantees of children, adolescents and young people under age in the country.
Therefore, our responsibility is to provide comprehensive care to children who are captured or detained, under that plan, for having committed any fault or crime.
Long before the Mano Dura Law was implemented, our institution was more willing to serve young people who were detained, in fact, we have an installed capacity in the infrastructure and personnel education centers, to serve about six hundred young people, in normal and adequate conditions.
