Web 2.0 tools have gradually taken on a certain relevance in all their aspects, without neglecting academic factors and their environment, this technology being an element of constant collaboration in the formation of knowledge.
Web 2.0 is not an improvement version of the Internet, but rather an environment in which users (cybernauts) can, in a simple and easy way, share experiences, knowledge, resources and others, in a collaborative way, where each user contributes his granite of information, forming between them a synergy of information, not a cumulus or summation of more of the same (repeated information), but a summation of an added value, so that each of the builders or only visitors Important aspects of interest in the different areas of education will be available to the Web, among them: technology, culture, society, business, among others.
