Abstract

Having governed in an atmosphere of peace, with broad support from the private sector and without the restrictions that international financial relations normally impose on poor countries, in this case because of the support provided by family remittances, have been necessary conditions, but not enough to run the country according to the spirit and letter of the Peace Accords.
Unfortunately, having made these Agreements an objective in itself and not a means to promote the transformations that the country requires to advance in its integral development, has not only mediated the change, but even worse, it has been reducing the spaces to work around of a shared vision.
