Abstract

Propose a change in education to face globalization and contribute to the solution of the multiple problems that delay development is difficult, especially if what is required is a significant change in the direction and vision to make an education viable not only gradually transformative, but also an education that provides spaces for coexistence, coexistence and satisfaction with social experiences in freedom and democracy.
In this work, the need to strengthen changes for the creation of local educational networks, which extend their services for greater coverage and the best possible quality of education, through the collaboration of resources available decentralized, responsibly used and with inclusion of information and communication technologies. This will make possible a more relevant, efficient, pertinent and efficient education, which will serve to achieve a desirable profile of a new Salvadoran, which should be able to confront and successfully insert itself into globalization without losing its own identity.
