Abstract

The Movimiento Independiente Pro-Reforma Electoral, since its foundation as an eminently civic-political association and without party ideological inclinations, has been fighting tirelessly to achieve the Electoral Political Reforms that the Salvadoran people want and demand; we believe that the time has come to assert his voice (as a motto coined by M.I.R.E.) says.
Definitely there is a national consensus that the irregularities committed during the last electoral process have left a bad taste in the citizenship and a clear evidence that the Political Electoral System does not work as it should.
