Abstract

The mobility of the population is as old as humanity itself, it is a constant movement in time and space, a flow that increases or decreases, according to the needs that are posed to a specific society, in a space of time determined.
In the present historical stage, the phenomenon of human migrations, in the opinion of specialists in the subject, is extremely complex, especially in the era of globalization; because the causes that generate it and the effects of it, in the receiving countries and those of expulsion, are variable and multiple, it is necessary to investigate in greater depth, to find new theoretical paradigms, that respond to most of the questions posed by the international migration at this time.
