Abstract

Approximately 11 years ago we wrote about the theme "Strategies, Reengineering in Higher Education" and, presented at the XV Pan American Congress of mechanical engineering, electrical and related branches, as a contribution to the improvement of basic processes immersed in the university society from the country; In this context, the following strategies were proposed:
1. Redesign the decision making of the administrative structure. The main performance of this strategy was the consolidation of the potential of each person to make decisions, which is reduced by the bureaucratic aspects of the administrations, is not taken into account or to decide what is optimal for the best performance of their functions with respect to the client.
