Abstract

The present investigation is a Joint Cooperation Project between the University of Granada (Spain) and the Technological University of El Salvador, funded by the Conserjería de la Presidencia de Andalucía (Spain). The general objective was to evaluate sexual prejudices and negative sexual attitudes related to gender violence in the university population.
The investigation consisted of two studies, the first one; formed by 506 students which aimed to analyze the reliability and validity of the instruments; the second, forming 1, 499 students from the 6 most important private universities in the country.
