Nationality in El Salvador, Constitutionality lawAbstract
This article aims to constitute an approach to the study of nationality as a legal and political institution. Nationality can be studied from various branches of law, for example, constitutional law, private international law, civil law, among others.
However, this institution is linked to the history of the human being and the environment that surrounds him, reaching levels of organization that require an identity with that environment. The above raised leads us to locate the nationality, not in an abstract way in the world of law, but rather linked to the socio-political environment that develops every society, hence its relationship with the social sciences.
