Abstract

Interviewed: Héctor Dada Hirezi (Deputy CDU); Jorge Barraza Ibarra (UTEC); Javier Ibizate (UCA); Carlos Briones (FLACSO); Rafael Rodríguez Loucel (UTEC); Roberto Rubio (FUNDE). I humbly return to quote my article: Economy without plan, without market and without self-criticism (ECA, June 2003), because at least it is good to criticize it. I think we have to go back to the Development Plans, 1970s style, starting with saying the "truth". The BCR has just edited the 2000 matrix, which maybe something could guide. (I just received it, but I have not had time to browse it). Seeing the analysis of FUSADES we appreciate that a total revision of the economic visions and policies is necessary.
