Sustainable development is an anthropocentric concept, complemented by social, cultural, political and ethical-moral aspects, which give long-term and joint meaning to human development, with a continuity perspective that makes it sustainable. It is considered that the development, from a critical point, supposes growth especially in quality, in intelligence and knowledge, in wisdom, and not simply in economic or material terms. With this new model, a systemic development is sought, both nationally and internationally. A development in which no part of society grows to the detriment of others, since the progress of a part is not real if it is not supported by the progress of the other parties. Its legal embodiment is found in the so-called third generation human rights, as a new right to a sustainable and productive life, in harmony with nature; the right to a quality environment and the requirement of an ethical code of behavior.
