Abstract

There are very popular expressions, decisions or contradictory ways of proceeding in this country, some of them could be considered ambiguous and in some cases they acquire the category of refrains.
To quote from the past: The Sunday newspaper was distributed on Saturday and the stamped paper of thirty cents was worth forty cents.
