Abstract

The organization of criminal groups is efficient enough to have agreed on a scourge that becomes impossible to control, let alone eradicate. Civil society is the victim of these evildoers, who often attack important businessmen.
In the shadow of these organizations also proliferate lesser offenders, but equally harmful to citizens, such as members of gangs, bus robbers, thieves in the streets of urban centers and much more diversity of criminals.
So far the actions of criminals, organized or not, seem to increase despite the statements of some authorities who claim, according to their statistics, that cases of kidnapping and violence have decreased.
The perception of the population is quite the opposite, and in the specific case of kidnappings have increased, many of them are not officially reported to the authorities in an attempt to protect the physical personality of the plagiarized.
In short, organized crime, violence and kidnappings are undeniable factors of citizen instability, which affect the development of the population's activities in a climate of tranquility and security. For this reason, private entrepreneurs have permanently questioned the authorities on this point and hired specialized lawyers to serve as accusers in cases of kidnapping.
