Relaunching of the mercosur

Abstract

The central idea of ​​the paper is linked to the identification of an agenda that includes the challenges that Mercosur has at the beginning of the new millennium.
In my particular case, we are going to concentrate on what the presidents of the member states of the bloc have called the relaunching of Mercosur.
The perspective will be directed to the internal agenda of Mercosur; the challenges it has for the immediate future to accelerate the integration process that was born with the Asunción Treaty in 1991.
The paper will be divided into two sections, the first with a presentation of the institutional reality and then focus on the issues that make up the future agenda of Mercosur.
